Excluding entire drive letter

Jump to solution
We are running epo4 and VSE 8.5i. We have an application installed on a T:\ drive and per the vendors instructions, we need to exclude the entire T: drive. I had the policy exclude by pattern and typed T:\. It does not work. I create a new document, modify and delete it and each time it shows up in the Scan statistics. I have tried T:, T:\, T:\*, and T:\*\. Exclude subfolders is also checked. When I change the policy each time I verify on the client side that the change has been updated before I test. What is the correct way to exclude and entire drive letter that is not the system drive?

Found the problem. The Policy was set to use High and low risk polices and therefore all the exclusion that were entered on the general policy were not effective. I needed to change the policy to "CONFIGURE ONE SCANNING POLICY FOR ALL PROCESSS."
