Event ID 1000 after patch application

Hello

I just applied patch 7 to VSE 8.8 on a windows 2003 server, and now I am getting an application error:

Hello,

Do you still need help regarding that?

I would start with removing all products with the removal tool and reinstalling. It should be fine with newer releases too.
