I just recently updated to ePO v5.1 which supports Google Chrome browser. I've encountered a possible bug and was wondering if anyone else can confirm it or it's something with my install. When opening any of the policies from the policy catalog under (VirusScan Enterprise 8.8.0 > On-Access Default Processes Policies) I get a blank grey screen. See attached screenshot. All other policies load up and display just fine.
If the issue is specific to one product's policy then it's most likely down to the extension that product uses.
The extensions are 'owned' by the respective point product rather than ePO.
That actually makes this more a VirusScan question than ePO, odd though it may sound !
I suggest reporting such issues through Support, so they can be clarified, confirmed, and escalated for fixing as needed.
We'll help you find workarounds to use in the meantime, if none have been found already.
