Curious, does the correct DAT version show up in either:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Network Associates\ePolicy Orchestrator\Application Plugins\VIRUSCAN8800]
If so, could be just a corrupt Agent, reinstall the agent and monitor the DAT version.
There is a patch.
It's still not appearing in Software Manager. You have to download it from McAfee. Give it a try and see if it fixes it.
