Hello,
I have an issue on VirusScan Enterprise 8.8 where the AutoUpdate for the DAT versions is saying 'The Update succeeded' everyday, however when looking at the DAT version; it is out of date from the last time I manually updated it with the installer. Could this be a corrupt DAT file?
I have checked Task Scheduler and we have a McAfee update .bat to run mcupdate.exe everyday at 8am; but this does not seem to be updating.
Does the Auto-Update update the software and a service updates the DAT version?
Any help would be much appreciated.
