Cookie deleted based on content?

Hello, I have an issue where a cookie is getting deleted.  I have not been able to determine if McAfee is responsible yet.  The cookie in question is definitely strange.  It's contents are plain-text and contain a ton of personal information.  For example, full name and email address are in there.  We are obviously looking to get rid of this cookie, however, for now I am just trying to determine what's happening to it.

Anyway, all the cookies I've seen deleted by McAfee have been third party cookies.  So, my question, is it possible that McAfee could be setup to delete first party cookies that contains personal information like this?  If so, where would I look to prove it?

Thanks a lot for any help.
