Bluescreen/bugcheck after VSE 8.7i patch 2 & MA 4.5 install?

We are in the middle of a migration from VSE(MASE) 8.0 P16 / Agent 3.6.x / ePO 3.6.1 to VSE(MASE) 8.7 P2 HF517265 / MA 4.5 / ePO 4.5
Our workstations are Windows XP SP2 (32-bit)
We are starting to see the following errors pop up sporadically. The error appears across multiple hardware platforms, workstations and laptops.
Event ID: 1001
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck.  The bugcheck was: 0x100000d1 (0x00000006, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0xb9e1e7d4).
I can't tie this specifically to the upgrade yet, but the timing is suspicious. I wondered if anyone else had seen this before I pull McAfee support into it.

I haven't run across any D1 bugchecks lately.

All I can recommend is providing as much info as you can for Support, including a kernel dump at minimum.
