Hi Yemre,
Great stuff on the VirusScan Enterprise exclusions (Master Article).
The scenario that I am going to create is deploy VDI using Citrix XenDesktop. Couple of Windows 7 and XP will be provisioned and I'm hoping I can grab other resources aside from CTX127030 and CTX127030.
Thanks.
Hi,
If something went wrong I prefer try to look at On-acess scan logs and access protection logs.
And if you think something works very slow try to control On-access statistics window to control scanning files and add them exclusion list of on-access scan.
To this day, the one thing I wish that Intel would do is make the import of VSE exclusions available to do as a flat list. I have created my own document that puts all recommended manufacturer exclusions together, copy and paste is still easier then typing all these in one at a time.
It is an excel spreadsheet and it wont allow me to paste in here.
I am waiting for the PER site to come online, I would like the ODS to have the option to use the same exclusions as the OAS for some servers
