Your guess is as good as mine? I am a 'Volunteer Moderator' for Intel/McAfee Security. You should by all means be capable of communicating with myself/or my Colleagues the same. Also I might add that our platform of JIVE seemingly on occasion leaves one to believe they are logged in, when actually are not.
MCafeee Addressed the false positive, but within a week McAfee GW had another false positive for our security product, so my answer is ... sort of sorted .. .but not really...
Thank you for the confirmation that the (Initial) False Artemis was 'Whitelisted' Having said this, please follow through as you did before by submitting your detection. If not resolved in 4-5 business days kindly post back the Analysis ID #, I can then escalate your issue on your behalf.
Please include the 12 Digit numbers associated with the Artemis Detection.
All the very Best,
While I agree entirely with Colleague Ex_Brit, If your issue is not resolved with-in the time frame of 4-5 business days. Kindly post the (Analysis ID #) and the 12 Digit Number associated with (The new Detection) in (Artemis) Discussion. Especially due to the fact your previous issue has been resolved.
All the Best,
When I have previously posted and have then been asked to reply by a user (Catdaddy), but mysteriously do not have sufficient rights to do so, how should I contact that user? to answer them?catdaddy
Probably the board signed you out although it appeared you were signed in, it happens. Simply refresh the page a couple of times and log in, try again.
As this is more about posting difficulties than Artemis I moved this to Community Interface Help.
I agree. "... do not have sufficient rights to do so" sounds like the message we see when Jive for some unknown reason cuts the connection and logs you out; you never know until you try to do something like post a reply to a thread.
