Ah. I see the problem. The "Ask A Question" box is where newcomers type in their really really long questions which then get crammed into the Subject Header. The "Ask" button just opens a "Start A Discussion" window but of course by then the poster has asked the question so what else there to add?
By default the post will go into the Consumer Main (top-level) section even if it's a post about Support, say, or SiteAdvisor.
I think this is a Jive design error, and it needs to be corrected. "Ask A Question" is a misleadingly titled invitation.
Yep! I found that out that way as well. I backed out before I accidentally started a new discussion.
We've already brought this up on our conference call with McAfee and they are fully aware of it.
