SnapGear 560 - no web access

Hi all

Our SnapGear 560 has suddenly decided it no longer wants to talk to us via a browser. Everything else works fine but we just can't access it. Our IT person has left and i cannot find any backup config file.

I only speak a little IT...

Does anyone have any suggestions at all?
