error: member has reached the asset limit

dear McAffee,

 

I have been using Truekey for a while now and have a premium account with 38 logins saved. Now I wish to add a 39th login, but I get the error 'member has reached the asset limit' in the iOS app. How can this be solved?

after communication with Marc, I got the advice to check if I could add Logins from another device than my iOS device. This worked so the problem had to be local and not account related.


The next step was to sign out my iOS app and sign back in. This solved the issue!


Hope this helps other people running into the same problem!

Please send me the email address that is associated with your True Key account to: truekeysupport@mcafee.com and also let me know if you are able to create another login on another device besides the iOS device.
