Hello,

I am curious, if you were able to install the True Key Firefox extension to get the sub-menu on this browser.

Happy holidays,

Marc D.

try to post an answer regarding Firefox, but this is repeatedly marked as spam. Why?

Not sure why your post was getting labeled as spam but as far as I can tell in the community forum it is not marked as a spam.

Thanks,

Marc D.

Hi,

As I did not have Firefox installed, I have installed it fresh and went to trukey's website. On this page I am offered to download and install the add-on, but it never downloads. It just says ¨dowloading and verifying add-on¨ but does not complete. What can I do?

Are you running extension first mode which is only through your browser that you are opening the True Key launchpad with all your logins or are you running the standalone desktop version which creates a shortcut on your desktop and you are launching as a standard desktop app?

I have also included a direct link to download the True Key Firefox extension: https://downloads.truekey.com/firefox/latest/truekey.xpi

Let me know if this works.

Thanks,

Marc D.

I'm running extension first mode; there is no desktop application installed no.

Also, when I go to the page you suggested to download the truekey.xpi file, now I get message ¨the add-on could not be downloaded because of a connectoin failure¨.

So then I downloaded the truekey.xpi file in another browser and opened this file using firefox.exe.

Now the extension is installed in Firefox and the submenu to report a non working auto login is shown alright.

(btw, again when I post an answer this time, and include the full path to the firefox extension, the answer is marked as spam and not being published)

Ok so having being able to install the Firefox extension and getting the sub-menu to report a non-working website directly from the browser, it isolates the issue to the Chrome browser as we thought from the start, unrelated to a True Key setting, it is a setting inherited from the browser itself.

Having said that, it is awesome that it works on the True Key Firefox extension and I guess for the time being you could report this non-working websites using the FF extension.

Thanks,

Marc D.
