Unable to login to True Key - Are Servers Down?

I am getting the following error when trying to sign in:  "There is a problem conncecting to the True Key Servers. Try again later"

Which device are you using to login to your True Key account?

Same error across all my devices. iphone 7pluss, lenovo laptop and windows7 PC.

I am able to login off line. However after trying  multiple reboots and optimizing my system, I am not able to access true key online.

Very frustrating.

Hi Thompson,

Please confirm which device are you using to login to your True Key account? The server issue with True Key  on PC has been resolved. Now we can able to login True Key without any issues. Please check and update the same

Same issue - on PC (thru Chrome ext.) and on iPhone.

Only access is through offline use
