Unable to login-locked out

Last night, I was unable to login with my password that I have been using for some time.

I tried reset several times and it would not work.

After a few tries, I got a message that I was locked out for 24 hours.

Subsequent chat person told me that McAfee was having login issues and try later. 

Is there any way to get unlocked before the 24 hour period?

Chat is useless.

Good morning,

As you probably have guessed by now last night we experienced networking issues with our servers that was fixed a few hours later, support should have advised you of that as we weren't able to login properly to our TK accounts.

Having said that, the fastest way to get access to your account again is to wait the 24 hours period, which was put in place as an extra security measure, the other option I have is to create a script that would unblock your account but this will take more than 24 hours period so it is not even an option for you.

The last response from the reset email was at 6:21 PM, my time. That's only about 6 hours from now, so I suppose I will just wait.

Thanks very much for your response. Just thought there might be some way to get around the 24 hour issue. I have become "dependent" on True Key 🙂
