Re: Truekey on Firefox stopped displaying my save logins but still works

Jump to solution

Good morning,

So just to confirm for the benefit of all the included on this thread, you were upgraded to Firefox v.79.0 and saw the issue with the empty True Key launchpad? Are you still seeing this issue or is it already been fixed for you?

Thank you,

Marc D.

Yes, I had the exact same issue as the other users in this post. However, I just updated my TrueKey extension and everything is working perfectly fine. This was only happening with FireFox. I immediately went to go check the app on my iPhone, Tablet & Google Chrome and confirmed no login Infos were lost.

Import of the csv-file Truekey-export with saved passwords is not possible in Firefox version 79.0. After selecting this option and browsing to the file, nothings happens. Not even a warning or error?.

Hi there,

Are you importing or exporting, if you are importing what are you importing from (from another True Key account or from a password manager)?

Thanks,

Marc D.

Well, I went into my Chrome browser and exported the .CSV file and then attempted to import it on the FireFox browser nothing happened at all. I mean It's fine now since the main issue in this thread was addressed and fixed. However, yea nothing happened when I dragged/dropped the .CSV file into the import window on FireFox.

Ok understood, i will look into this on Monday because we still need to have a functional way to import to your True Key account using the TK Firefox browser extension.

I will get back to you on Monday with more details.

Thanks for letting us know,

Marc D.
