When accessing my Logins in Microsoft Edge, they do not match the Logins I see when running TrueKey from the desktop. The Logins I see when running TrueKey from the Windows Desktop are the latest/correct, in Microsoft Edge I see an outdated list of Logins.
Also, what appear to be TrueKey version numbers at the bottom of the Login page are different. When running in Microsoft Edge, the number is 1.35.3531.0. When running from the desktop it's 126.96.36.199. Not sure though if this point is relevant.
How do I fix this inconsistency in Logins when accessing from Microsoft Edge vs. the Desktop ?
It would be good to reload the True Key Edge extension from the MS store and see if the issue still there. If it is, please check if the True Key Chrome extension has the same problem.

I did as you suggested....uninstalled the TrueKey extension in MS Edge, reinstalled it from the MS Store and then exited the browser and restarted Win10. The problem is still there exactly as described in my original post. This problem does NOT occur in Chrome. Please let me know.
P.S. Unrelated to this post......can you PLEASE PLEASE ask the developers to have an option to sort the Logins by "Login Title" instead of or in addition to "Website URL". This is a usability issue.
I will investigate what is going on with the Edge extension, i suspect the issue lays with the Windows 10 /extension setup as it works perfectly for me.
Regarding your suggestion, wouldn't sorting them by alphabetical order achieved the same result?

On the issue of sorting...the issue is that alphabetical sorting sorts on the field "Website URL" instead of "Login Title". Here is an example (for security reasons the URL has been altered slightly in this example):
Login Title: Westside Associates
Website URL: www.nextwa.com
The issue: When sorting alphabetically, TrueKey sorts this entry on "nextwa.com" instead of "Westside Associates" so I have to remember to look for it as an "n" instead of a "w". What's easier ? Remembering the name of the enterprise or its URL, which might or might not be the same as or even resemble the enterprise's name.
Can you please confirm the exact version of Windows you are running, are you aware if your operating system updated recently?
Are you still seeing an outdated list of logins on your True Key Edge browser vs. your TK desktop app? Also did you try loading True Key on Chrome to see if it is better there?
