TrueKey Password always INVALID

Hello,

I installed TrueKey and was asked for a strong Masterpassword. I chose for paraphrase. but whatever I do the Masterpassword is alwaysinvalid during login. Even if I created a new account it was the same.
Do not know how to go further.
