Hi I currently have true key premium through my broadband provider BT. That is coming to an end shortly but I want to continue using true key. I have tried calling customer support to see if my current account can be transferred over but they can not ‘see it’ as it’s provided by BT. how do I get a new account with all my passwords transferred over
By a new account you are probably referring changing your email address on your account, which is not possible with True Key.
As my colleague, advised after you have backed up your data by exporting to a .CSV file (True Key settings- App Settings- Export), please go to www.truekey.com from your default supported True Key browser (Chrome, Firefox, Edge on Chromium) and create a new account (sign up).
Afterwards, you would just need to import your data (True Key settings- Import) from True Key to True Key account.
