True key master password reset

I have just downloaded True key and set up my master password, but can't log in "invalid password or user". tried "forgot my password" but just got a message to download an extension which was no use??

It's showing my device is not trusted.But i have updated my trusted device in Google settings.

I am not I understand what it means of trusting the device via Google settings. In fact, if this is a newly created True Key account, the first time you sign up it will send an email to your True Key account from the device you are creating the account from, and after authenticating yourself on this email, you will be able to sign in to your True Key account regardless of the browser extension (Edge, Chrome or Firefox).

Please let me know if this is not the case.
