I have my broadband (Infinity 2) with BT. This includes BT NetProtect Plus through McAfee and True Key Premium subscription. Just noticed my True Key subscription is showing - expires in two weeks. Any ideas why as my Bt account is fully paid up.
What version of True Key are you running?
Also, if you go to your True Key app - profile settings what is the status of your subscription (fremium/ premium)?
Are you able to add any new login password in True Key?

I had exactly the same - Truekey as part of BT Infinity deal. It was going to expire in March. Well I can say it auto-renewed and I had no break in service.

Thank you for that reassurance. I had a feeling the sub would automatically renew. Could have asked BT but hey life's too short to go there. Will see what happens in 12 days.
