Whenever I start True Key for the first time, I get this screen. If I try again it gives me the normal login screen. Bug?
Absolutely Macellie, this is a bug we found on our application a few moths ago. I am assuming that this is happening on your desktop standalone application, correct?
This is definitely a bug but only present as far as we know in the standalone desktop model. We will be phasing out the desktop standalone to adopt in the very near future the extension first model.
Extension first on Chrome, Edge and Firefox means that True Key will only open on the browser (on a new browser tab). The performance and speed of the extension first model has been optimized and this is why we are going to be phasing out our desktop standalone app.
