True Key - forgotten password - trusted unit

I have forgotten my password (first time login), and click on the "Forgotten password" link.

Then I get a message saying:

"Use a unit you trust. You can only reset main password from a unit you trust."

How do I specify a trusted unit?

Hi @SteenPedersen ,

After signup you must have logged in to TrueKey from one PC/ Device, please try Forgot Password option from that device. if you are not sure which device is that, kindly try from other devices where you have already installed TrueKey.

You have to use the first device/system you used when you installed True Key.
