True Key down. Again. No fail-over? Are my passwords safe?

This company is a mess. This product is a shambles. Rank amateurs.

Give us some answers. And explain why you don't have any working fail-over plans.

Hi @Travlaki

We are truly sorry for the trouble caused.

McAfee is aware of this issue and our Engg team is currently investigating on the root cause.

In the meantime, please try to use True Key without internet to retrieve any password for instance.

Thanks,
Karthikeyan J

There's no point repeating this reply to every message. You aren't telling us anything. We *know* the system is down. We want to know what's wrong. Have you been hacked? Should we all be trying to change our several hundred passwords right now?

It just isn't good enough for a company of this size, owned by Intel no less, to be dithering like this.
