True Key automatically logs into "" even when "Instant Log In" is set to off

When visiting "", True Key automatically attempts to log the user into the site, even when the "Instant Log In" feature is set to off. This wouldn't be a problem, except this website has a captcha that must be clicked before logging in. The result is that True Key automatically logs in before the captcha is checked, the login fails, and the user has to try it again.

Please check if the the second option which is "Use for subdomain only" has also been disabled. If it is disbaled and if you have the same issue, delete the credentials for the website, add it again and disable the automatic login. Update us if the issue still persists.

Re: True Key automatically logs into "" even when "Instant Log In" is set to off

The problem still existed even after the "Use for subdomain only" was disabled. So I deleted the credentials for the website, recreated the credentials, and set the "Instant Log In" to disabled. After all of that, the problem still exists.

If I visit the Humana website directly and then go to the Logon screen and let True Key fill in the text boxes, then it works fine.

The problem happens when I click on the Humana password entry within the True Key app. When the entry is clicked, it automatically redirects the user to the website, and it attempts to automatically log them in, and the captcha rejects the login attempt.
