Many of you have reported issues trying to renew your True Key Premium subscription for several months. We appreciate your patience while we investigated and looked for solutions to fix this. The Premium renewal issue should now be fixed.

The McAfee support team helped me - manually - a while ago - after much writing back and forth. The issue is still not solved, since my McAfee profile is still not updated, and for renewal of True Key I'm (still) asked to by the entire McAfee protection subscription which is not relevant to me.
Please separate the two products for us premium True Key users/subscribers to be able to continue using this excellent product. Otherwise it's 'Goodbye'.
