I renewed my Mcafee licence and Truekey will no longer let me sign in - it says my password is invalid but when I try and re-register it says there is already a profile under this email address.
I am going round in circles!!
I know that the password I have types in is correct as it is a sentence nobody would think of.
In this case, you can try doing an account recovery, when you are on the True Key sign-in page just click on the "Forgot your password?" link and providing you have identifed 2 security factors you should be able to recover it.
