When I'm in a Chrome Incognito tab, I click on the True Key extension button and it launches a new non-incognito browser.
Password box would allow you to login without launching a new browser at all. Can't True Key just open a new tab in the existing browser session?
Normally I would ask a Truekey Expert to add to the discussion. However it being Christmas Eve, I am certain he is with his family and loved ones. I would recommend you contacting Technical Support, it is (Free) 24/7 and via Phone/Online Chat being the quickest by far.
All the very Best
Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays
I confirm the issue. The service request has been created. However, I have no idea how to monitor its status at least.
Support guys, please pay your very close attention to this issue. This isn't ossnote's or mine only, this is to be frank an unsecure breach in your super safe product. In addition, this issue is a demondtration of selling the worst user experience.
And please don't suggest cantacting you by phone - you always make everybody wait, switch to another assistant, and you know my family budget is very limited as to paying for expensive phone calls. Please just reproduce the issue, it's easy. Contact me, if you need more details.

- Description: product: True Key Chrome browser plug-in
There is an issue with True Key as to how it works in Chrome Incognito window. Actually, the issue is reported here, https://community.mcafee.com/t5/True-Key/From-a-Chrome-Incognito-tab-True-Key-launches-non-incognito.... There is an alternative application, you may know LastPass, it opens exactly inside that window in toolbar of which the app icon is clicked. The behavior of True Key is different: it always opens in usual Chrome window (never in Incognito, even if the app plugin is allowed and icon is clicked inside Incognito). Please assist. It’s possible there are steps I am not aware of that would allow me to work exclusively in Chrome Incognito which is preferable to me. Otherwise, help me please register this issue/ticket and be able to monitor the status of it. I think this issue is critical because the True Key violates the privacy principles provided by Chrome browser.
Sorry about that. Incognito mode will not save any history and removes all browsing history when browser are closed Hence True Key will not work when browser in incognito mode
