DPA (data processing agreement) for new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Where can I find a DPA (data processing agreement) for the use of TrueKey. Since I store customers passwords on your servers I need this kind of agreement.
Couldn't find anything through the privacy policy.

Re: DPA (data processing agreement) for new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

One week on, and a deafening silence.

I don't think anyone monitoring this section is qualified to say anything about GDPR.

I don't think anyone working for McAfee who knows about GDPR visits this place.

The Privacy Policies for both Consumer and Business customers have been updated, both on May 24th. That cannot be a coincidence. Neither one mentions anything that answers your question.

In the previous version of the Consumer Privacy Policy there was reference to an email address - privacy@mcafee.com - that is missing from the revised version. It might still be active, and if so it might be worth sending an enquiry there. If it is now dead, there seems no way to get the information you need short of writing to or phoning either McAfee HQ or one of the regional offices. For Western Europe that office is in Ireland (Cork) according to the Privacy Policy. Good luck with that.

In passing I note that McAfee is one of a very small number of companies holding my details which has spared me the trouble of replying to an email on the subject of GDPR. I assume the company knows that the regulations have now come into force, but ...

Re: DPA (data processing agreement) for new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Hi RJ,

Sorry for the delay, I reached out to different teams within the company and they have asked me to advise you to submit your inquiry via the GDPR Data Request Form:

 https://www.mcafee.com/enterprise/en-us/about/legal/gdpr-data-request.html

Please let me know if there is anything else I can help with.

Best regards,

Marc D.
