The Lenovo Password Manager was able to pick up on the AnyConnect Mobility Client request for password.
TrueKey does not recognize the popup and does not offer to manage the security.
Is there a work around?
I'm submitting your suggestion for interoperability with AnyConnect to our Product Manager for consideration.
At the moment, I'm not aware of a way to get this working, other than to use True Key as secure storage for your AnyConnect credentials and then manually paste them into the AnyConnect window. I know this is not an ideal solution.
I believe if I understand correctly, that you would want True \key to log you in automatically on the AnyConnect Mobility client application, is this correct? My first question assuming this is correct, how many security fields are there in the form, If I am not mistaken there should be 3 which True Key wont be able to fill at the moment. A multi form such as this cannot be filled by TK but I hope we will going forward.
I want to say correct, but just to be 100% sure we are talking about the same thing:
The user name is automatically filled by the AnyConnect application.
The password does not get filled by anyone.
Our application True Key can only auto fill/submit passwords for websites, so on a given URL TK will do the automatic log in. It has not been implemented this automatic login for applications such as for the Any Connect Security.
This could be a great suggestion to do in the https://community.mcafee.com/community/home/ideas so it can be added to the product road map.
