Cant Import From Lastpass

Im trying to import my info from lastpass but i keep getting "invalid credentials" error.

 

Anyone know how to get this done?  I know the credentials are correct..

Guys,

I already figured it out.  All 2 step authentication and yubi key need to be turned off in order to import.

Please check whether any of the credentials have filled with empty spaces.

I checked that.  There are no spaces in my login info and still doesnt work..

Good morning,

I am able to reproduce the same error with valid LastPass credentials. Issue could be related to their import tool but before knowing for sure we would need to investigate this further.

Quick question regarding the LastPass import issue to True Key. I assume that you are able to connect directly to your LastPass account, correct?

I dont have any issues using lastpass.  I dont have a problem logging into the site or using the app.

Good morning,

Can you please run this command on your Win 10 system that is having the issue with the LastPass import: "msinfo32"

Please copy the output result of the 2 first lines so I can get confirmation of your operating system build and type.

Also, please let me know what antivirus program you are running (name, version, etc).
