Re: Can't Scroll "Choose profile" List

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

I was able to reproduce this problem, and we found a workaround:

  1. Open System Preferences (click on the Apple icon at the top left of your screen, and choose System Preferences...)
  2. Click on General
  3. Find the Show scroll bars setting, and change it to Always

Hope this helps

Re: Can't Scroll "Choose profile" List

This workaround works but isn't ideal as this System Preference affects other applications in a negative way. Any chance of a fix to the True Key extension directly rather than a system-wide workaround?

Re: Can't Scroll "Choose profile" List

No response? I'm guessing there won't be a in-app fix for this...

Hi Marc. I'm running macOS 10.12.6. It's been a month since this issue was reported. When will the fix be released?

Re: Can't Scroll "Choose profile" List

Hi Niraj,

This is a MAC OS X limitation issue not being imposed by True Key. There is a workaround to always show scroll bars in MAC OS X:

This will make the scroll bars always display when there is content within windows that must be scrolled to access, it applies to all windows and all apps on the Mac:

  1. 1.    Launch System Preferences from the Apple menu
  2. 2.    Click on the “General” settings panel
  3. 3.    Look for ‘Show scroll bars’ and select the radiobox next to “Always”
  4. 4.    Close out of System Preferences when finished

I have added a web link where they talk more in detail about this by design/limitation option in MAC OS X.

Thanks,

Marc D.
