After password change, everything is blank

So I went to change my TrueKey master password, and it went through the process. 

Now all of my passwords and blank when I click on the eye icon, and all my "safe notes" are blank as well.

I can open the app on my phone with my fingerprint, but my computers won't accept the password and won't login.

So I'm basically dead in the water, and Avinseh et al from chat support are pretty much useless.
