when trying to activate Total protection product key on my windows 10 PC I get following messages:
"You’ve redeemed your product key.
Now you’re ready to install McAfee® Total Protection - 5 Devices on this PC. Just click the button to get started.
The auto-renewal settings for your subscription has been successfully updated.
The protection you're trying to install doesn't work on this device. Try again from the right device."
What shoul I do to get product installed?

When we went through your subscription info, we found that your subscription wasn't renewed using your Retail Card. You have clarified that you used your old Retail Card and hence it was showing an error.

I boight it in advance last yerar in a store chain selling computers and software (Unieuro - Mediaworld) and used now because my livesave installed product expires. NowI removed Lifesave and trying to install this new product following instructions provided on product card (access to mcafee.com/activate and provided the 25 characters product code) but theresult was the reported on my preevious mesage (quite inconsistent because I aminstalling on aPC Winows 10 up to date).
Icn provide a pictureofthe product crd i bought and product code if needed.

Thanks for the update. From the information provided, it seems that the Activation Code has been already redeemed but you've mentioned that you've redeemed recently and you received that message.
We know that its been a year you've purchased the Voucher and now chances of replacing the Retail Card is less. Let me check with the concern team on how to resolve this issue and get back to you at the earliest.

may be resullts alreay redeemed because I triied severa ltimes during the week. The code was always accepted an validated correctly but at the and of the process I always got the message
"The protection you're trying to install doesn't work on this device. Try again from the right device"
which is unacceptable!!! I tried on the two PC's I have at home runnong Windows 10 all up to date with latest update from Microsoft.
