Wrong Machine listed in command center?

I have a desktop and a laptop.

On my desktop McAfee shows my Laptop as covered  but not the Desktop.

The laptop shows the desktop but not itself. Is this one of those "duh" things that I'm just being told that the "other" machine is also covered and that the one I am using at the moment certainly is?

Re: Wrong Machine listed in command center?

Windows version=1809 64 bit build 17763.737 (3/19/2019)

Total Protection ver.= 16.0 name 16.0.R20

Security Center= ver. Build 17.10.155 AffID 1289 last update 07/17/2019

I recognize this is out of date and have been trying to update but have not been successful. When I tell McAfee to "update" it just sits on 0% and does nothing. Virtual technician shows nothing wrong. My expiration date is 07/24/2020.

Win ver.=Build 17763.737

Total Protection ver.=16.0 Release name 16.0.R21

Security Center Ver. 18.1 build 181.120, AffID=1289, last update 09-10-2019

Lap top indicate the Desktop machine with a red " ! ". But does not list itself in command center.

I appreciate you help so far.
