New Total Protection Licence with a "used" Product Key

I have just purchased McAfee Total Protection (5 devices) from Amazon which came as a sealed package with serial number of
FLU26-UDSF2-5P9WT-9566M-APFA4

When I tried to install this on a new laptop, it gave me a message saving this serial number had already been used and requested the email address it was assigned to (which I obviously didn't know).

This had only just arrived and has not been used by myself.

What can I do about this ?
