Malware got through Total Protection

Hello,

I have Mcafee Total protection installed and recently had some malware go through it. It has hijacked my browser sometimes, and is especially active when I try to visit your site. 

I downloaded and ran your malware product that was available online and it came back with many suspicious files but no solution. Here is what it found. When I run a Mcafee scan nothing gets picked up. Please advise. Thanks, Jeff
