I was not totally protected, turned itself off after update

Mcafee updated to some new version and was not running, I don't know for how long, I just received a warning from windows that I was not being protected. Been a couple of day since I looked on my computer. Also why do we need to register with the community if we are already a customer?

Do you still see this issue with McAfee Firewall? If yes run the McAfee Virtual Technician. You can find it here: https://mvt.mcafee.com
