How to identify protected devices?

Hi,

i have been using Total Protection for a number of years and over the years i have replaced old devices with new ones. As a result, the list of protected devices under my subscription is many more than my active devices. i have two questions:

1. How can i identify the devices in the protected list? the list has laptop-xxxxx or desktop-xxx but i am not able to tell which device is which.

2. once i am able to identify the devices, how can i removed the old and obsolete devices?

i'd appreciate your advice.

Hello @onggm00 

You should be able to identify with the system name. Press and hold the Windows Key + Pause break, it will bring up your system information. Check if the same is listed in McAfee My Account.
