Allocating new subscription to devices


I purchased a renewal for Total Protection yesterday but it has not allocated to my devices & when I check on my devices in the under my Account on the web portal, it shows that the protection will be expiring in the next 2 weeks.

I also tried to contact the South African support line on 011 707 5566 but the line does not appear to be connected.

Hello @Anban 

Please login to your McAfee Account and got to Downloads. You should see a drop down menu that will list all the subscriptions so far. Check if it shows the right expiry date. In case if you have purchased another subscription, please uninstall the current product from your computer and install the right one. 

If you have renewed the same subscription, then it didn't update on your computer. Please right click on the 'M' logo next to time and date, select verify subscription. It should fix the issue. Else , you could use McAfee Install Helper to fix the issue.
