blocking file hash issue

Dear 

am new in McAfee and i just blocked file hash using tie reputation but when i checked in the server i found it is still unblocked .

i asked some one  and he said that may be  McAfee didn't consider it as malicious . 

could you please help me figure out the reasons and if there other way to block these kind of hashes.

Hi Rawan,

The file gets blocked based on the policy that you configured in ENS ATP under Options. You can not block any files from TIE, you can only change the file hash reputation.
