TIE Slave to Master SSH access test...

Jump to solution

Configured master successfully but slave configuration is not through and it is stopped at Testing SSH access to master TIE. I have given root credentials but still same. Does it required to enable or configuration before installing slave server?

As checked on network firewall, port 22 is logged at both the FW but configuration is not success.

SSH is enabled at Network firewall and on master server SSHd_config but not configured successfully.

Issue Resolved and Slave successfully communicating with Master.

Slave & Master having different subnets and these TIE haven't joined to domain but added DNS entries in the network configuration of both TIE.

I have removed DNS entries and tried again then both started communicating successfully.

Hi ,

i always used the "admin" user, not the root user. You may try this.

Cheers
