TIE Scanner finding unique \Windows\Assembly\ files on each device

I'm trying to use TIE Scanner on a number of devices on my network.  Im finding that each time its run the c:\windows\assembly has loads of unique files that flag back as unknown.

It there a way to whitelist this location before the scan is run or an easy way to identify them in the TIE Reputations screen as im having to go into each event and look at the 'All File paths' entry to ensure the file is from that location.

If you are talking about the TIE Scanner utility that scans every file on the machine, it is not recommended to use that anymore.  You should be able to set an OAS exclusion to avoid c:\windows\assembly
