Dear mCafee,
We would like to clearify what your best recommendation is in regards to OS version of the CentOS that is beeing installed.
Option1: Install the DXL broker through the TIE .iso and only install the DXL role. But we get an older version of Linux CentOS (se screenshot Option1).
Option2: Install the DXL broker service on TOP of freshly new installed CentOS with a newer version and the possibillity to patch that OS in the future. (See screenshot Option2).
What is your statement on above options in regards to the best approach to compatibility and patch level on the OS? Should we do or Not do Option2 in the future without the consern that this might stop working or affect the DXL broker if we choose to patch the CentOS every month?
