What is the default mer.exe command line output file location? Why no 64-bit support?

What is the default mer.exe command line default output/outfile file location?  Yes, I know we can specify.  But nice to know if a mistake is made during an incident.  Also, it isn't in the ePO default path or the path where it was executed from.

Also, when I tried to test on my Win7 machine I got:

"MER.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running.  Check your computer's system information to see whether you need a x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher."

I tried running cmd.exe from c:\Windows\SysWOW64\cmd.exe and then re-ran mer.exe, but got the same result.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
