Tool for counting delays in MS Office when Full DLP policy is enabled

Dear all,

We are facing some delays in a customer's environment, when users try to open or take an action in a MS application ( e.g. save, close etc. ).

Which tool would you suggest in order to count these delays? For example, from the moment a user opens an .xls file till the moment it actually opens or the time it takes for the file to be saved.

Moreover, is there any way through a tool to prove that the saving procedure delay for example is not caused by a mcafee component?

We are aware that some delay is caused from DLP in order to check the file for sensitive content, yet we would like 1-2 tips to count excessive delays, when these are observed.

Thank you.

Best Regards,

krit
