Noticed your MERs taking and long time and getting complaints from the network team? Got BOX Drive? Well, the answer could be that the MER scans Box drive. Apparently this is non-configurable and I should raise a PER to have it changed...................................
Sorry, but I do not think it is for me to raise a PER for a product defect. BOX Drive is a global product and the MER Tool is for McAfee Support, not me! I would have thought it was in your own best interests to sort this out rather than class it as a customer request.
