Failed to Read WebMER Client Resource

When trying to run the WebMER on my ePO server, I receive the above error. Running the same file on my local laptop, it runs successfully and updates. I take this to mean it cannot connect. where is it trying to connect to and over what port so I can confirm it is available to be reached in my environment?

Re: Failed to Read WebMER Client Resource

Hi ADionne1,

May what is the error you get when you try to run MER on your EPO server. I do not see any screenshot attached. There is no specific port to be opened to run MER.
