block sites on Window 7

On the second working computer, where Windows 7 is installed. McAfee blocks the necessary sites, for example https://www.housesumo.com/,  https://generatoron.org/ , https://trans4mind.com/counterpoint/

Can I somehow add the necessary sites to a whitelist? Or even how to tear it down completely or is it needed?
On Windows 10 (a home laptop)  all sites are open.
