When will McAfee release SAE compatible with newest Browser Versions?

Hi all,

my plugins in Firefox and Chrome are still shown but not working.

In Firefox it says "old addon / Extension".

When will McAfee release new versions to fix that?

Best regards

Re: When will McAfee release SAE compatible with newest Browser Versions?

Hi @Daniel_S ,

Thank you for your post. As per the following KB, Chrome & Firefox should work with Version 3.5 Patch 6 RP4.

SAE browser support

  • Because of the frequency of Chrome and Firefox updates, support for the latest Chrome and Firefox versions are based on having the latest SAE hotfix or patch installed.
  • SAE 3.5 supports 64-bit versions of Chrome and Internet Explorer. Firefox 64-bit isn’t supported.
